How do I receive an invoice after a delivery?

All of your invoices will be ready after the delivery and you can find them in your online portal. We also send you weekly invoices by email. The payment period is 14 days.

Which conditions must I meet to qualify for business discounts?

Brenger for Business is available for business clients who make a minimum of 3 transports per week. Do you have less than 3 orders per week? Then you can still arrange your transport via www.brengertransport.com. On the regular website you can also register as a business client. Want to know more about the possibilities? My items need to be delivered by two people - is this possible? And do you offer assembly and return deliveries?

We always try to provide the service you wish for. Does your delivery require two people? Then we can arrange it. We can also discuss assembly and return deliveries for businesses. Want to know more, or curious about the possibilities? Just ask us what we can do for you!

What does a transport with Brenger cost?

The fixed prices we charge are based on the desired service for your company. Assembly, delivery on the ground floor or up to the 4th floor, delivery in the region or across the entire country, the size of the product; it all affects the price. If you would like a tailor-made price, please fill in the quotation form and we will contact you within one working day.

Are my items insured during transport?

All items that are sent via Brenger are insured with our standard door-to-door package, against theft and damage, up to £500. Damage that occurs when the courier is carrying or helping with lifting of objects within the home or building (at either the pick-up or destination) are not covered by this insurance. Also, any damage to glass, stone (or similar) or foodstuffs, or damage that occurs during the delivery of other items that are not within our guarantee (larger than 400x180x160cm, or heavier than 200kg, or any items that require special equipment to load or unload) are not insured. In case of damage, we ask that you make contact with us immediately. Make sure you take photos of the damaged items, make a written description of the damage, and keep any proof of repair costs and/or purchase value. Send these to info@brengertransport.com. Brenger will reimburse repair costs, as specified in a quote from a professional restorer, up to the original purchase value of the product.
